Monica

I’m a mama and an advocate for healthy bodies and healthy minds. I am a trained reproductive health counselor turned mother who is now putting into practice what I’ve preached. And it’s not easy! I want to empower parents and others that are helping to raise our children to talk to kids about their bodies as they grow and as they are navigating different stages of puberty. I don’t believe in a “sex talk.” I believe it’s about a relationship you build with your child.
